Term and Condition
All reservations and enquires handled by our company, Lombok Amazing Panorama Tours, will be conducted as efficiently as possible. To assist us in the completion of your reservations and enquires we ask that you provide us with all the information required to help complete your booking, i.e. Flight details, number of persons, travel dates etc.
Confirmation will be made by email, SMS, Facebook or facsimile.
- 30 days prior to arrival – full refund
- 14 days prior to arrival – 90% refund
- 7 days prior to arrival – 75% refund
- 5 days or less prior to arrival – no refund
- We require payment of 10% at the time of booking and then payment in full upon arrival at our office in Senggigi, Lombok.
- Payment with credit card will be add 5% to the total invoice of payment
- Payments can be made by, Paypal – wire transfer e.g. Western Union – telegraphic bank transfer

- Final payments can be made at our office in Senggigi using cash, credit card, Visa, Master Card.
- Our office will issue exchange vouchers to be used for accommodation, meals and transport with agreed service providers.
- Discount vouchers issued on our travel brochures will be honored upon presentation at our Senggigi office, subject to terms and conditions stated on the brochure.
- We will strive to provide the best service possible. However, Lombok Amazing Panorama Tours is acting as an agent for transport, hotel, airlines and all other tourist contractors. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, change of schedules or any other irregularities that are beyond our control.
- Lombok Amazing Panorama Tours reserves the right to change any itinerary if it is found to be in the best interest of all concerned.
To ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients, all transportation provided will be of the very highest standard. All vehicles used will have air conditioning, high levels of comfort and English speaking drivers.
All accommodation provided in the Senggigi area at the middle to upper budget range, will include air conditioning, hot water, and close proximity to all amenities with the highest levels of service. For all accommodation in other areas, we will strive to ensure that the best accommodation available will be provided. We are in regular communication with all our accommodation contractors and strive to maintain the highest levels of comfort for our clients.
